one of those nights...

i have had one of those nights, which was fittingly the end of one of those weeks. new people, interesting, warm, funny. A stranger who takes time from their day to change yours, and all you do is sit there and second guess their motives, and then kick yourself for not getting their number. A night where everything goes your way, a "when it rains it pours" moment, and you feel like all the wonderful things you ever wished for were delivered in a nice neat little package and you realise it was more than you bargained for. that unique feeling of being close to someone, feel the warmth of their skin just before it touches. An old friend opening up new windows to see parts of the world, parts of society that you know NOTHING about. People sharing their emotions, their feelings, their hearts. everything they are crumbling before your eyes in an outburst of pure honesty. These are the people around me, these are the human beings around us all. I can't help but love everything about them.
